How to: Disable confirmation prompt when deleting a file in Recycle Bin.
Solution:
Clear the 'Display Delete Confirmation Dialog' check box in 'Recycle Bin'.
1) Right-click on the 'Recycle Bin' icon on the desktop.

2) Select 'Properties' from the pop-up menu that appears.
3) Click the 'Global' tab.
4) Clear the 'Display Delete Confirmation Dialog' check box.
5) Click 'Apply' and click 'OK'.
